Founded by Monica Baylor, MA, PhD (c) a clarity-driven strategist and doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership. This practice helps women reclaim confidence, insight, and direction. With a background in Strategic Communications and years of lived and professional experience, her work blends soul-deep truth, behavioral clarity, and emotional intelligence. This is personal leadership.

Monica is also a published author (M. Woodard-Baylor) and literary consultant, known for helping creatives and professionals find their voice through storytelling. Her published works include Fate of Coincidence: A Novel and Rooted (coming soon).
